Research Training and support now available on the new CRN WE Training website

The CRN WE is excited to announce a new Training website designed as a hub of knowledge for all research (and potential research) staff in the West of England region. The site was developed after extensive consultation across Trusts and with Training Facilitators, led by the CRN WE Workforce Lead.

Included online is an all-Trust applicable Research Induction Manual, a reference document for research procedures that is aimed at new staff (and to refresh the experience of existing research teams) and the Research Competency Framework, a series of documents designed to record the research skillset. All documents can be edited electronically and downloaded.

There is also a direct link to NIHR Learn and a growing list of Learn FAQs, providing support for using the national level site (including online training) and a full list of all the research training currently being offered in the West of England. Of course you’ll see Good Clinical Practice – but there’s much more on offer!
